Cabbage meatloaf:
To 500 g minced meat add finely shredded onion, salt, pepper and mixed spices, then 2 tbsp olive oil and mix well.
Roughly shred ½ a cabbage and finely slice 2 small potatoes and 2 small carrots.
Grease the serving Pyrex with a little oil add half the potato, then cabbage and carrots, salt and pepper, then spread ½ the meat. Repeat with the rest of the vegetables and meat.
Put in oven covered on low heat (120-130ºC) for about half an hour.
